In the last post of this series on the emotional toll of discovering the man you love is addicted to pornography, we discussed what I call "makeshift peace".
Today, we're going to uncover yet another painful struggle many women will face in finding out porn addiction is festering and rotting away in their relationships.
It has to do with you needing and desiring peace. You want to be the peacemaker. You want to love and nurture him into quitting porn. You just want the pain to stop and you want your relationship back on solid ground.
And as I mentioned, this is a slippery slope towards full-on enabling and being an apologist for his perverted addict behavior.
