I manage to mosey on over to r/nofap every so often and gather intelligence based on the work we do here at He's An Addict and I can't help but to consistently confirm my hard-lined stance that:
No.Fap.Is.Not.Going.To.Help.Men.Quit.Using.Porn.
EVER.
Instead, (as I've mentioned countless times) NoFap is a porn-watcher enabling and apologist movement that albeit ensures men will continue abusing porn. The entire culture surrounding the movement banks on the idea that no addict will ever quit, nor should he.
It's a circle jerk (excuse the pun) where millions of porn-addicted d*ck-tuggers can gather and self-congratulate one another insisting they've quit porn when they haven't quit and never will!
Men will never be able to quit so long as they insist on remaining in these coddling, enabler, apologist, babysitter groups where it's abundantly clear they support porn addiction in men more than they fight against it.
Just feast your eyes on these NoFap enabler and apologist LIES:
I ran across the above post and set my suspicions aside for a millisecond that this guy may have actually succeeded in quitting porn.
And he gave the same ol' tired addict bs line of "my life is forever changed" and "I'm forever grateful to this subreddit for helping me to heal!"
Lo and behold, he didn't quit whatsoever. Quelle surprise! And his own porn-watching, coddling, apologist, enabler friends caught him red-handed lying about his newfound redemption and success!
"The grass is greener on the other side!" Meanwhile, he appears to still be hanging out and grazing on the brown, dead and manure-covered side because he still hasn't quit!
The addict is quick to claim victory while continuing to comment and post on NSFW subreddits. Several other addicts in the thread called him out to which he didn't bother to respond (unsurprisingly) much less have an explanation or a rebuttal.
He simply did a drive-by announcement that he's the big hero on the block that quit porn and he is expecting a huge celebration thrown on his behalf!
I posted about this on our Instagram page that an addict who hasn't quit and has zero intention of quitting will announce to the world he quit, especially after a negligible amount of time, and he will expect a Nobel Prize and an ex-porn-watcher inauguration and parade to be laid out before him.

Ladies, don't be so quick to believe any man who claims to have quit using pornography, especially when he seems to paint the picture of being a "changed man" and has a brand new lease on life.
He has not quit and has no plans to quit! Any man who has legitimately quit will not expect others to give him a medal for quitting. He will be more hush hush about it and will feel SHAME towards his porn-watching past, not indulge in any porn-watcher boastful pride in faking that he quit.
And you should definitely run far and fast in the opposite direction away from any man who professes being part of the NoFap community. NoFappers never quit and it's merely a place for them to continue to lie and sneak around while being coddled and enabled into abusing porn and jerking off.
